How billing works
Choosing or changing a plan happens on Shopify’s own hosted pricing page, reached from the app’s Pricing screen — the app itself never handles your card details or charges. Shopify creates, renews, and bills your subscription, and any trial offer is shown and managed there as well, as part of your regular Shopify billing.
Downgrading
Nothing is deleted when you downgrade. If you go over your new plan’s block rule limit, the extra rules are kept but greyed out and inactive until you’re back within your limit. If you drop below Premium, custom block-page templates stop being served on your storefront but the templates themselves are preserved in case you upgrade again.
Changing or cancelling
You can change plans at any time from the app’s Pricing screen. Cancelling the app’s subscription is managed the same way as any other Shopify app charge, from your Shopify admin’s billing settings.
