The Analytics section shows what’s happening across your storefront traffic and orders, split into three tabs: Overview, Visitors, and Orders.

Overview

A summary view of recent activity — visitor counts, blocked-visitor counts, and headline numbers pulled from the Visitors and Orders tabs.

Visitors

Visitor-level detail, including:

Visitor counts are session-deduplicated: the same visitor returning from the same IP within a short window is counted once, not once per page load, so the numbers reflect actual visits rather than page views.

“Blocked VPN & proxy” figure

This figure is based on a static list of known hosting/VPN IP ranges, used only to label traffic for display in Analytics. It is not a real-time VPN/proxy detection service and is not used to block anything — it’s informational only. To actually block traffic by IP, use Block Rules.

Orders

Order-level analytics, connecting fraud risk data (see Fraud Order Detection) with order volume, so you can see risk trends over time rather than just individual order scores.

Plan limits

Visitor tracking is subject to your plan’s monthly visitor limit; see Plans & Billing for exact numbers.
